This page is for the Superior Tactics game published by Tiny Machines Workshop L. L. C. There are two ways to reach us, and both arrive in the same place.

The short version: write to hello@tinymachines.io if you want an answer, or use the Feedback button inside the game if you are reporting a bug. There is no account to recover and nothing to sign in to.

1. Email

hello@tinymachines.io. Tell us what happened and what you were doing when it did. If it is a bug, the device you are playing on and its operating system version help a great deal — a problem that only shows up on one model is otherwise very hard to find.

2. The Feedback button in the game

Main menu → the APP panel → Feedback. Choose Bug, Suggestion, or Other, write your message, and tap Send.

This is the better channel for a bug report, because the game attaches its own version, your operating system version, device model, and language setting to the message. That is everything we would otherwise have to ask you for.

It is the worse channel for a question, because the form has nowhere to put an email address and we have no way to write back. If you want a reply, either include an address in the message or use email instead.

3. Purchases

Every pack the game sells is a consumable: the credits are spent the moment they are granted, so the App Store and Google Play cannot re-issue a pack you have already received. That is why there is no "Restore Purchases" control.

The one case that can be fixed in the app is a purchase that was charged and then interrupted before the credits arrived. On iOS, open Add Credits and tap Recover Purchase; it claims anything the store still owes and says so plainly when there is nothing owed. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google — we do not process payments and cannot see or reverse a transaction.
